Thank you everyone for your replies. Emmy's BG was a 511 today!!!!
Diabetes it is! Her nodes were all shrunk still and the vet did not feel any new lumps or tumors or any enlargements. He feels the lymphoma is still in remission and the diabetes is from such a high dose of pred for so long. So we are weaning her off the pred fast. We will recheck her BG next week Friday. The vet said that ferrets are very hard to treat with insulin and if the pred being reduced/stopped doesn't lower her BG we know it is the lymphoma. We also realize the risks of the pred being out of the picture her lymphoma could come out of remission.
Wish us luck getting the diabetes controlled by just weaning her off the pred.
