Is it the thymus that is enlarged? Sometimes even adults can get JL.

I am afraid that the only thoracic tumors with which we personally have experience all rather rapidly have bad outcomes. There is JL with the thymus up, there can be heart tumors (very rare but we had a ferret with one), and the other one we encountered was lymphoma which was sequestered someplace (possibly marrow) and the ferret just was not right for over a half year or so with no tests finding what was wrong then one day he suddenly had a thoracic mass from the lymphoma which was growing in real time with x-rays just hours apart being very different, so we had to say goodbye that same day.

Sorry that I don't have anything actually useful to contribute except that if it is like the these things you need to be gentle on yourself.
