Hi Katie,

Food wise she is having warmed liquidised soup made from 1/2 can A/D, 2 heaped teaspoons of carnivore care and 1 dried handful of James Wellbeloved kibble (soaked) and then liquidised together and warmed every 2 hours, plenty of fresh water (although she prefers to drink from our dogs bowl of water). She's having 1/8th of a Fortekor tablet crushed and put in a teaspoon of carnivore care daily for her enlarged heart. No other meds other than a painkiller that I have just picked up from vets called Tramadol in case she is in pain (but I havn't given any yet). The vet said it will make her sleepy and because she is so sleepy already, I'm concerned she will not wake to eat or drink, especially drink. Dehydration is horrible: my old dad is seriously ill in hospital at the moment with dehydration and kidney troubles and is horrible to watch the confusion!

She has a swollen tummy and I don't know if this is due to plenty of food (she does really like it) or to the enlarged spleen. She has awful sneezing fits with a squeal, slightly clear watery eyes and a strange clicky mucky noise when she swallows and breathes (sometimes ) but I'm convinced this is coming from her nose or throat & not her lungs. Her tummy does like hiccupy spasms when she is eating (lapping) it goes in and out a lot.

That's all the symptoms I can think of apart from no energy and keeps flopping flat on the ground on her tummy (although now she has had all her tummy shaved, she flops on her side instead because it's cold on her tummy with no hair).

Thank you - Julie
