Many markets and a number of major grocery chains now carry pasteurized eggs and by using them you can safely give the yolks (not the whites) of those raw to your ferrets (though ferrets also will take firmly cooked egg that is not overcooked in smaller amounts).
Ours LOVE raw pasteurized egg yolk though one had to learn that he liked it by having it introduced to his mouth with a finger.

Although some past refs (including ones I had used) had suggested egg for ferrets with kidney disease that was not related to cystine uroliths

indicates that they are no better than some of the non-organ meats for reduced phosphorus content.
