I am so sorry for what you are going through. I went through this with one of mine just about a year ago. Nothing will make it any easier to let your baby go. Mine was very sick and very old, 9 or 10, roughly. I knew he wouldn't make it through the night so I held him til the end. It was a few hours of telling him it was ok to let go and that I loved him. He passed away in my arms. As horribly sad as it was for me, I feel better knowing that I was there for him til the end and that he knew how much he was loved. I hope this helps you.
