I have had but one severely adrenal male on lupron that blocked totally in relation (He wound up having such tumerous distortion, his organs upon necropsy were not identifiable). He was successfully cathertarised pre-op, but did not survive surgery.

The current 5+ yr old adrenal male I do have on a Des implant presents in the same fashion as you describer.

As I observe, he marks not with urine, but with bowel movement; he has not been seen to strain, has a healthy appetite, and great activity level. Occasionally his BM's are of a gelatinous quality.

I had been putting this down as an odd quirk of the des implant; he's on his 2nd one.

Any further input?
